My law would be no texting at all while driving.Only time you could text if your add stop sign or a red light and your not in motion.This law could help a lot.Also if you under the age of 18 your phone shuts off while your in the car driving.Only if you get caught first you get a waring,second you get a ticket,third you go to jail.If you keep doing it you’ll have to have Signal Canceler in your car so you can call or text.

Drinking and Driving you cant focus, which is also with texting your not full attend into driving.They both can get you killed or you can kill someone.
